Thank you for shopping with Ruiyu.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, prepared, and shipped from shopruiyu.com.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually prepared within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Some Ruiyu jade leather bracelets are adjusted to the wrist measurement provided by the customer before shipping. If a bracelet order does not include wrist circumference, Ruiyu may contact you by email before shipping. This may extend processing time.

Please enter your wrist circumference in the cart note before checkout when ordering a bracelet.

Shipping Destinations

Ruiyu ships to selected destinations available at checkout.

If your destination is not available during checkout, we may not currently support shipping to that location.

Shipping Address & Payment Security

For payment security and order protection, orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Ruiyu may not be able to change a shipping address after an order has been placed.

If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible at support@shopruiyu.com. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after payment is confirmed.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery options are shown at checkout when available.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs processing, local delivery conditions, and other factors outside of Ruiyu’s control.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

For high-value orders, Ruiyu uses trackable shipping whenever available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been handed to the carrier.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

Duties, taxes, import fees, customs charges, and other local fees may apply depending on your destination.

Unless clearly stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Ruiyu is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable shipping information provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to Ruiyu due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Ruiyu is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@shopruiyu.com with your order number and tracking information. We will do our best to assist with the carrier inquiry.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Ruiyu is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage that occurs after delivery.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@shopruiyu.com.

Orders that have already been prepared, adjusted, packed, or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
