Thank you for shopping with Ruiyu.
We want you to feel confident when choosing a Ruiyu piece. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days after your order has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned with its original packaging, certificates when included, and proof of purchase.

Please include:
- Your order number
- The item you would like to return
- The reason for the return
- Clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable
Items sent back without first contacting Ruiyu may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Free from damage, stains, perfume, lotion, water exposure, or signs of wear
- In original condition
- Returned with original packaging
- Returned with certificate or included accessories when applicable
Ruiyu reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the return conditions.
Limited Single-Piece Designs
Some Ruiyu jade leather bracelets are available in only one piece for that exact design.
Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with all packaging included. Once a limited single-piece design is sold, the same exact piece may not be restocked.
Bracelet Sizing
Some Ruiyu jade leather bracelets are adjusted to the wrist measurement provided by the customer before shipping.
Bracelets adjusted to the wrist measurement provided at checkout may have limited return eligibility if they show signs of wear, alteration, damage, missing packaging, or if the measurement provided by the customer was inaccurate.
Please review sizing instructions carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shopruiyu.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of:
- The item
- The packaging
- Any visible damage or issue
We will review the issue and let you know the next steps.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, used, altered, damaged, or exposed to water, perfume, lotion, or harsh chemicals
- Items missing original packaging, certificates, or included accessories
- Items returned without prior approval
- Gift cards, if offered
- Final sale items, if clearly marked at the time of purchase
- Custom or specially modified items beyond standard bracelet adjustment
Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges, especially for limited single-piece designs.
If you would like a different item, please contact us first. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for another available piece.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Ruiyu is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to process the refund.
Shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges are not refundable unless required by law.
